CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

It is the responsibility of the client to provide the  boundary specifications of their property and for work to be approved by a survey technician.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All materials are guaranteed to be as specified in the Proposal. All work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard industry practices. This warranty applies only to original Customer for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. AFC Fence will resolve any errors in workmanship for as long as the original Customer owns the fence if notified within (5) five years from the installation completion date. AFC Fence will honor and administer manufacturers’ warranties for all materials used as part of the fence construction, as follows:

WOOD MATERIALS

Pressure treated pine or other factory-treated wood components carry a five (5) year limited warranty against rot, decay and/or insect damage only. In the event that Customer needs any repairs/ adjustments done to their fence, AFC Fence will provide a quote at a discounted rate if we installed the original fence. Boards will be matched to the original material as closely as possible, based on current available supply. NO WARRANTY IS MADE AGAINST CRACKING, WARPING AND SHRINKING OF WOOD MATERIALS.

CHAIN LINK MATERIALS

The limited manufacturers’ warranty will be extended to provide total coverage of twenty-five (25) years using the same pro-rated ration provided in the manufacturers’ warranty.

PVC AND DECORATIVE METAL

All warranties provided by the manufacturer will be honored and administered by AFC Fence provided manufacturers are operating at the time of the claim.

GATE WARRANTY

AFC Fence will adjust gates within the first thirty (30) days after installation providing there is no evidence of abuse.
